Grounded, relational therapy for women navigating career, motherhood, leadership, and identity, without losing themselves in the process.

The Work

Beneath the roles you carry and the expectations you meet, there is often a quiet internal pressure to keep performing at a high level, no matter the cost.

Many of the women I work with are deeply responsible, thoughtful, and driven. They are leaders in their careers, present in their families, and dependable in their relationships. They rarely fall apart publicly. Instead, they hold everything together, often at the expense of their own emotional steadiness.

Over time, that level of functioning can begin to feel unsustainable.

Therapy in my practice is designed to meet you at the level you are already operating. Our work is structured, intentional, and grounded in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. At the same time, it is deeply relational.

As a working mother of two, I understand firsthand the tension between ambition and caregiving, independence and responsibility. I understand the invisible labor, the constant mental load, and the internal dialogue that often accompanies it. When appropriate, I bring that lived perspective into the room thoughtfully, in service of connection and clarity.

This is not a space for surface-level coping. It is a space for insight, recalibration, and sustainable change.

Together, we work toward:

The goal is not perfection. It is alignment.

The Focus of My Practice

I support women who carry significant personal and professional responsibility.

Many are balancing demanding careers, motherhood, evolving relationships, and shifting identities. From the outside, they appear composed and capable. Internally, they may feel anxious, stretched thin, or quietly overwhelmed.

This practice is designed for women seeking depth, clarity, and sustainable emotional steadiness.

The Experience

Therapy in this practice is private, focused, and collaborative.

Sessions are 60 minutes and held virtually, offering flexibility without sacrificing depth. I maintain a limited caseload so each client receives thoughtful, present care.

Our work is grounded in evidence-based approaches while remaining conversational and relational. You can expect structure, honest feedback, and space to explore what is underneath the surface.

This practice is intentionally structured to provide focused, consistent care rather than high-volume scheduling.

Consultation

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore what you’re navigating and determine whether this practice feels aligned with your needs.

My work is best suited for women balancing significant responsibility, whether in career, business ownership, or motherhood, who are ready for consistent, depth-oriented work.

If aligned, we will schedule your first session and establish a clear, focused direction moving forward.

I am working with clients remotely as a result of COVID-19 and have found clients prefer to engage from the comfort of their own home. Online therapy may not be the best fit for all individuals, issues, or situations. If you are interested in connecting in person, please reach out and I will let you know when in-person sessions resume.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is effective for situations that lead to stress, anger, grief or conflict. Issues do not always have to be big - therapy can help process a wide range of feelings that may arise. Examples include (but not limited to): expressing thoughts and emotions, exploring behavior patterns, problem solving, conflict resolution, and identifying strengths and weaknesses. Individual therapy can be short-term (focusing on immediate issues) or long-term (diving deeper into more complex issues).

Couples Therapy

The goal of couples therapy is to help each person in the relationship know exactly what his or her partner’s needs are. Couples therapy can be helpful for people who are experiencing a big life change or transition, as well as a space for the couple to identify what may be missing from the relationship. Happy couples can also benefit from therapy as a way to deepen their connection and bring significant topics up that may otherwise be more difficult without a neutral person present.
